On 22Jul25, I called Skyline Dental at Hunt Hwy for an emergency appointment. They were able to get me in on that same day. It had been 2 years since I was seen at the office because I was assigned overseas for a 2 year assignment. The staff immediately conducted X-rays and took snapshots of my teeth. Dr Rong review the x-rays and pictures and identified my gums needed immediate treatment, 1 tooth needed a filling and another tooth needed a layover. Chandler, manager, identified my insurance would only allow treatment of one half of my mouth at a time. I agreed to the treatment. Lisa, Lead Dental Assistant along with Dr Rong started working on my right side, that same day. Everything went smoothly I received great care and service. They were able to schedule me the next day, Wed, to complete the 2nd side of my mouth. Again, the staff was ready for me when I arrived. Today Kimberly, Hygienist did the deep cleaning and Samara, Dental Assistant worked with Dr Rong to complete the left side of my mouth. I had no complications from the treatment and my mouth feels much better. Would like to thank the staff including the front desk who welcome me when I arrived to Dr Rong, Chandler, Lisa, Kimberly and Samara for treating me like I was a family member. They took my concern to heart and provided me great care. Thanks to all staff for caring for me and making me feel comfortable. This is a great place for Dental care, where you are like family.
