I just had two root canals (my choice). While it wasn’t the most fun I’ve had this year, the staff was very professional and did a great job addressing my tooth pain situation. Dr. Shahid and Lisa were absolutely incredible. I’m going to leave the review 5 stars for them alone, but I have questions for the office in general regarding the training and awareness of sanitary procedures. I’m admittedly a bit of a germophobe, but the sequence at which the staff puts on gloves and then touches computer mice (which say ‘cover me’ but are never covered), their own hair, etc.- followed by working inside my mouth gives me super anxiety. A few visits ago, a hygienist put a bare, uncovered/unwrapped wire connected to a USB device in my mouth for an x-ray, which had me seriously considering sourcing another dentist. How many people had that wire inside their mouth before it went in mine? Hygiene 101, guys…I know you invite us in for our wallets and this review will probably roll some eyes with your staff, but a little awareness here would go a long way toward my next 5 star review.

Dr. Ruth is great. Dr. Ruth and Alina are compassionate and gentle. I was scheduled for a cleaning, but was determined I also needed 2 crowns. They were able to complete same day. Thank you!
